Bill is my landlord, he completely and totally a stand-up guy. He speaks like 4 languages, still goes to work every day in a suit & tie in his 70's, flamenco dances and plays classical guitar to entertain residents at the old folks home. And because of him I live in my amazing house for a teeny weeny $1,000 a month.
