This shit was super good. I know I haven't tooted my own cooking horn in a while, but I should tell you that this is quite deserved. Here we have a pie crust topped with 2 sweet onions, caramelized with only olive oil, sea salt and thyme, then slices of a left over grilled steak, pieces of farmers market lavender goat cheese, then zig-zag drizzled with maple syrup, and some more fresh herbs on top. Fuck.
