Tequila Monday

I was invited to the infamous Memorial Day cookout at the Metro family home. These are serious Angelinos who are hardcore about tequila & fresh lime margaritas and incredibly well made mexican food. I was humbled, and they were lovely. I know Memorial day was last month but I'm playing catch-up.. My photographs situation has finally been remedied, I bought one of those card reader things. Yay, now I just have to charge my camera and I'll be back in business.

A Bat!

Slash is a boy kitty. Bat sounds appropriate though seeing as how I'm beginning to believe he wants to suck my blood, he is really terrorizing me, my beautiful furniture and bed linens. He did however, sleep through the night last night, and has gone in the litter box every time. Slash likes to take flying leaps onto my leg just above the knee, cling on with all 4 paws (and claws) and not let go. He most enjoys doing this when I am washing dishes, blow drying my hair, or anything that involves standing up and not paying attention to him. I have my work cut out for me. I was driving to work imagining a "Kitty for sale/trade" blog post.
