Takes a Lickin' and Keeps on Tickin'

Pete's Tavern, the oldest bar in NYC. We secured a not-so-loud and pretty fantastic little corner zone for everyone to hang out in for the evening. Brian and Maeghan came out to see us and the next time I see them in November, they will be married! Gallarello showed up and is still as wild as ever, then Julie came later in the night, and we randomly ran into this guy Mike who we went to high school with and he started buying my sister beers and then his girlfriend got all pissed off and like vanished. Haha. Also Brian and I discovered that we had the same exact watch and obviously got really fired up about that. Well I'll be back in a month too work more, see everyone again and celebrate the Gershey nuptuals! It was a really fun last hang out as single folks. Cheers!

Sleepy Dog Baby

Hansel is so sweet to cuddle with and the little man turns 11 this coming Thursday. He has always loved to sleep in the bed like a person, head on pillow, under the covers. I love me some of this sweet sleepy dog. He's gotten even better in his old age.

We Are The BLONDES

It's really hilarious to get together with your dearest fellow blonde friends and then realize how unusual and unnatural it is to have hair like this. Our collective presence definitely drew lots of attention on the streets of Charm City. And it was the first time we were all back together in our old stomping ground, for years and years. I love you guys, thanks for understanding what it's like to be blonde.

Still Fuzzy

I love bats and I love Sarah and today Sarah bought a severed bat head preserved in a jar of formaldehyde. I can't really imagine what it looks like, therefore I can't wait to see a picture of it and I also can't wait to see all the live bats in Austin next week hanging under the bridge. They are so cute (and fuzzy) and totally freaky too.
